Where it all started…
My wellness journey didn’t start cute.
It started on a soccer field, wheezing, asthmatic, barely 5’3.5 (and YES, that half inch counts). Do you know how much you run in soccer? Enough to make you question your whole life.

I ran until my lungs figured it out, pushed myself past every limit, intentionally, consistently, and almost delusionally - until it payed off. I was recruited to play Division I by a coach who was literally training for the Women’s World Cup while coaching us. One day we even practiced with legends: Carli Lloyd, Abby Wambach, Hope Solo. The best players in the World.
Seeing greatness up close changed the way I viewed discipline, nutrition, and the human body.
That’s when everything started to click. Mindset. Nutrition. Discipline. Put those together and you become unstoppable.
I eventually learned the hard way that the college “cereal diet” was straight inflammation, Skinny Bitc wasn’t written for competitive athletes, and fast food on bus trips was definitely not it. So I ditched the junk, stopped buying the processed stuff our whole generation grew up on, and started cooking real meals in my tiny apartment. Honestly, Barnes & Noble recipe magazines basically raised me. 🍽✨*
Friends and family came to me for advice like it was a job. Friends from back home started asking me to grocery shop with them to help them lose weight, teammates asked me to run with them to pass fitness tests, and I was naturally building healthy meals for friends and family.
I also healed my own severe asthma (do you know what a nebulizer or a steroid inhaler is?) you know that’s nothing short of a miracle.
I helped other people get healthy too for fun and with success.
And I loved it.
From Big Pharma ➜ Wellness Rebel
After college, I spent years in Big Pharma and healthcare; Marketing, selling, educating, training. I specialized in medications for depression, Alzheimer’s, IBS… and I learned one thing very fast:
Our sickness is a profitable business.
Medication can be helpful, but so often it’s a band-aid, not a solution.
Meanwhile, the real issues like inflammation, gut health, stress, autoimmune triggers, lifestyle, trauma, get ignored.
On a mission to heal my family and my autoimmune issues, I dove into:
functional nutrition
gut health
natural healing
root-cause wellness
Becoming a mom turned the fire up even more. I wanted to model strength, resilience, health, and a natural, whole-food lifestyle for my daughter.
Why Sarandipity Health?
Because nothing about my life happened by accident.
After major life changes, family health crises and a divorce, I was rerouted into my purpose: To help people transform from the inside out.
I left Big Pharma.
I became a college athletic mentor and studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to become a Holistic Nutrition Coach and learn over 100 dietary theories.
Sarandipity Health was born and I successfully stepped directly into holistic coaching. And I became what I jokingly call a wellness rebel:
I help people heal with food, fitness, movement, mindset, lifestyle, and faith. I became the shortcut for someone I once needed.
I know what it’s like to rebuild your life. I know what it’s like to feel lost and then find your fire again. And I know how powerful it is to have someone in your corner saying, “You’re not quitting today.”
That’s the coach I am.

My coaching method focuses on progress over perfection, favoring sustainable and realistic approaches over fad diets and extreme routines. I also want to make sure we see results and depending on your goals, we use several different tracking modalities.
